We’ve gone with BBC Citra on this one for a more ‘oily’ low end to compliment that bright passionfruit and pineapple juice that is Strata and assaulted this fermenter with two additions of both varieties and built this to a 24g/L can’t see through the fog haze of a hop soup. It’s absolutely fantastic.
