A little ray of sunshine on these dark winter days. Built on a base of extra pale malt, oats and wheat with a touch of dextrin malt for a biscuity sweetness which sits nicely alongside the assertive profile of Citra and Vic Secret. These two bastions of big tropical crush flavours bring orange, mango and papaya complexity with mouth-coating stickyness and lipsmacking, delightful bitterness that rounds out to a mellow, balanced finish. We used Citra T90, Cryo and Spectrum in this beer to really push the flavour as far as we could.
