The Cajamarca region is an up-and-coming coffee area, with all the right ingredients to ensure delicious coffee. This lot is grown by a group of smallholders who live near the town of San Jose del Lourdes. Expect sticky toffee sweetness, juicy plum and blackberry, and an all-round easy-going brew.
